add 3-4 drops in the diffuser. (don't forget the water)

3- 4 drops each Tangerine, Spearmint, and Lemongrass to your diffuser.

 

Inhaler

To boost energy and uplift mood,

Place 1–2 drops in the palm of your hand, rub together, and cup over the nose and mouth for 30 seconds

 

Massage

Apply to flex points or abdomen to promote feelings of calmness.

Add 3-4 drops of Tangerine essential oil to 1 once/60 ml fractionated coconut oil to minimize sensitivity.
