Here are some suggestions:

 

Arthritis

To reduce the pain apply 2-3 drops of Nutmeg to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and rub on affected areas.

 

Circulation

Add 1-2 drops of Nutmeg in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil. Rub this mixture on chest, legs, arms or other areas where you have poor circulation.

 

Diffuser

Try this one, 1 drop Nutmeg with 20-40 drops of Orange essential oil for a wonderful home blend. Another one; to balance emotions, add 2 drops of Nutmeg, and 4 drops of Grapefruit essential oils.
