Anxiety & Stress relieve

- Add a few drops of lime in your diffuser, this will help boost your immune system, especially after an illness. You can also add it to your bathwater as well

Colds, Coughs

- Add a few drops to a bowl of steaming water and inhale it.

- Put a towel over your head and lean toward the bowl,

be careful it may be very hot at first.

- You can also mix a few drops with an ounce of carrier oil, then rub it on your neck and chest.

Acne / skin problems

- Mix 2 drops of lime oil with 15 drops of jojoba oil and apply onto your skin. This helps wash out impurities while promoting the growth of new skin cells.

Cuts and wounds

- Add 2 drops in a cold compress and pressing it on the affected areas.

Hair

-Add a few drops of lime oil in your favorite shampoo, it can help remove oil quickly, while moisturizing your scalp.

Rheumatism and arthritis

- Add 2-3 drops of Lime in 1-ounce of carrier oil, then massage on the affected areas regularly
