Rosemary has a woody, evergreen like scent and is part of the mint family. it’s been shown to boost nerve growth factor and support the healing of neurological tissue and brain function.

Due to its antiseptic properties, and its rejuvenating effect, it’s a popular ingredient in many creams, lotions, soaps, bath balms, skin & hair care products.

Here are some suggestions:

Bath

In a bath, Rosemary boosts immunity, facilitates the body’s elimination of waste, and relieves muscle aches and pains.

Add 5-7 drops in bath, add oils after the bath is filled with water.

Cosmetics

In cosmetics, Rosemary oil soothes inflammation, stimulates hair growth, and conditions hair and skin for a rejuvenated look and feel.

Add 4-5 drops in your shampoo or hair conditioner.

Diffuser

When diffused, Rosemary oil reduces stress levels, encourages mental clarity, relieves fatigue, and supports respiratory function.

Add 5- 6 drops of Rosemary in your diffuser. (do not forget to add the water)

Hair Thickener

Put 5 drops of Rosemary oil on scalp and massage in after showers.

Improves Memory

Mix 3 drops of Rosemary with 1/2 tsp of coconut carrier oil and rub on upper neck or diffuse for 1 hour a day.
