Bath

Cassia oil works as an anti-inflammatory agent, it serves as a natural muscle ache treatment. 

Add 6-10 drops of oil in your bath and soak for 15 minutes. Add the oils to the bath after you fill it with water

 

Diffuser

Inhaling or diffusing 2-3 drops of Cassia oil, is good for the nervous system.

2 drops Peppermint

1 drop Orange

1 drop Cassia

2 drops Wintergreen

 

Winter Spice

3 drops Bergamot

1 drop Ginger
