Here are some suggestions:
Diffuser
Allspice oil is a wonderful oil to use in the diffuser during the fall and winter. If used at full-strength, it can be a potent mucous membrane irritant, so using the list above blend at a low ratio with other essential oils before diffusing.
Diffusing the oil around the home is a great tonic for the mind. It can help relieve stresses and anxiety and may help you to get a good night of rest.
Inhalation /Bath
Inhale the oil directly from the bottle or added to a steam bath. Depending on the size of the bath add 3-7 drops in the water after the bath has been run.
Massage
To relieve pain and tension in your muscles, put 6-7 drops of Allspice to 1 once or 60 ml to a carrier oil (almond, coconut, olive, or jojoba oil) Massage the oil into your sore joints, muscles or aching bones. If you have indigestion, massage the diluted oil on your stomach to help ease your discomfort.
Minor wounds & cuts
Allspice oil has antiseptic properties that can help cleanse the bites and protect against infection. Apply some diluted oil to your insect bites or bee stings to help kill the pain and ease any irritation that it may be causing.
