Juniper essential oil is effective in nearly all forms of cramps, whether it is muscular, intestinal, respiratory or any other area. If a diluted solution of this oil is applied on wounds or blended with a skin cream and applied, it helps your wounds heal faster and keeps them protected from infections.

 

Juniper oil also relieves stress & tension by massaging. Great for relaxing, by adding drops of Juniper to the bath water.

Here are some suggestions:

 

Bath

You can add 5-7 drops of Juniper Berry to a warm tub of water for a nice, relaxing soak. Remember to add the oils after you have filled the tub with water.

 

Diffuser

To improve digestion, place 2 to 3 drops of the oil in your diffuser along with about 1 cup of distilled water. It will soothe spasms in the intestine, increase the production of gastric juices and help the body eliminate toxins and waste.

 

Hair/Scalp

Add 3-5 drops to your shampoo and conditioner, use about 5 drops per 1/4 cup of shampoo or conditioner
