These are the essential oils used in creating this blend:

 

Peppermint: is a natural painkiller and muscle relaxant. It also has cooling, invigorating and antispasmodic properties. 

 

Lavender: induces relaxation and relieves tension. It works as a sedative, anti-anxiety, anticonvulsant and calming agent.

 

Frankincense: acts as an anti-inflammatory in the nasal passages, making breathing easier.

 

Coconut oil: is the carrier oil used to create this blend. It's antimicrobial and offers amazing healing properties.

Apply to temples, forehead, or back of the neck. Be careful do not let the oils go into the eyes.
