We encourage our clients to redeem these special offers, but we respectfully ask that you not exploit them. The Soap Shop, at our sole discretion, will determine if all purchasing criteria has been met to qualify for stated discount or free product. If you successfully circumvent the software safeguards of this website in order to receive several free products with your order, then we will (at our sole discretion) remove any extraneous free product from your order or cancel the order in its entirety. Mailing List and Birthday Club

By joining our mailing list or birthday club, making a purchase or visiting https://thesoapshop.ca you are consenting to our terms and conditions.

Anyone can join our free mailing lists and birthday club through our website or sign-up sheets from craft shows, Any minors adding themselves to our lists MUST have consent from their parents or legal guardian prior of signing up Otherwise, we have the legal right to delete all information and remove them from our lists.

Our client is built on trust and transparency. As such, once your register, you are required to provide your name, email address, telephone (optional) and birthday (Month and Day only) and optional information on your preferences. Clients can subscribe to our lists through our website or at craft shows through our paper sign-in sheets. By joining our lists or club this will be giving us consent to send out information through client’s email. We use an email campaign through wix.com that keeps all your information which is stored on their cloud-based servers. The client has the availability to opt-out at any time but clicking on unsubscribe at the bottom of our emails.

Changes in Policy

The Soap Shop reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.
