Due to the nature of all our products we cannot resell any soap, hair, face or body items for hygiene and safety reasons, so we can’t take returned items.
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and may be subject to a refund only if the Soap Shop can’t fill the order. The client will receive an email indicating the quantity remaining and get refunded for the difference.
In case of damage to a product during shipment or you received an incorrect item to your order, it must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery by email to email@example.com. All images of the damaged box and/or the product must be provided in order for us to file an insurance claim with our postal provider (Canada Post) and recover your investment. Once we receive that report and photos, we will ship out your new product.
Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
The Soap Shop is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. We invite you to read through them carefully to avoid any unnecessary discomforts.
