These are the essential oils used to create this blend

Rosewood This essential oil stimulates the body and various organ systems and metabolic functions

Geranium  Alleviates anxiety & balances hormones. Uplifts your mood, lessen fatigue & promote emotional wellness.

Orange It creates a happy, relaxed feeling & works as a mood lifter.

Almond oil is the carrier oil used to mix the essential oils. It contains multiple vitamins, A, B1, B2, B6 vitamin E which penetrates well into the skin being both nourishing & soothing

This blend can be used for massaging or used in a bath tub

Massage: Apply straight on the body

Bath: Put 6- 12 drops of oil  (depends on the size of the tub) to the bath after the water has filled the tub. Soak for at least 15- 20 minutes so the oils could penetrate into the skin. Tap dry. Do not remove all the oil let them absorb into the skin.
